Mad Dog and Glory (1993)
Uma Thurman has Foster's looks as she has in Taxi driver.I do not care who underrates it,it is in my archive.There are many things about De Niro normally you are not used to see
When De Niro starts dancing on the crime scene,it is my most favourite moment in the movie and that song :))

Very bad remake of original movie.I do not understand why the producers did not stick to the story if they intended to make a remake.

Solid high quality thriller.I like Meg Tilly very much.This movie is full of surprises.

Watching superman was entertaining when I was a child.Somehow I did not like and enjoy this movie.I am 30 years old.Perhaps this is the reason or as technology advances superman loses its fame.
Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991)
One of two scifi movies of James Cameron I like most, alien 2 and terminator 2.The best scene I remember of this movie is that one when T-1000 raises and stands up off the ground.It is as successful as the first movie is.

Interesting story.You can see what a fanatic fan can do when he gets disappointed by the player he worships.Good acting of De Niro.
Undisputed (2002)
It seems to have telling Mike Tyson's life.Box fighting scenes are as successfull as in Cindrelle man.You must force yourself to believe a box fighting match can be arranged in the prison.

High quality political thriller,it seems very convincing and realistic when it is compared to our times today.Woody Harrelson is amazing in his acting.
We Own the Night (2007)
Joaquin Phoenix is a really good actor.Mark Wahlberg looks weak when he appears next to Phoenix.Plot is very simple,predictable and even not convincing.

Movie is based on events in one of USA towns,which some believe it to be true.It is creepy and mysterious.

The Brave One (2007)
It is like a torture to watch such a talent,Jodie Forter in such cheap and weak movies.After silence of the lamps she acted in average movies and she keeps doing it.To me she is one of the two,most talented living american actress,besides Meryl Streep.Streep is blending her career in last 5 years being nominated few times for oscar.Streep is on top of her career as Clint Eastwood but Foster year by year is damaging her career,she earlier built.This movie is awful,plot is awful.There are strange ideas in the plot I hated.

Escape from Alcatraz (1979)
I never get tired of watching this movie.This is very solid thrilling story.It has every thing that is necessary to make a prison movie.It is always a pleasure to watch Clint Eastwood as he is a great actor.And Paul Benjamin when I first watched escape from alcatraz as soon as I got the sight of English,that took me to directly across the 110th street movie.I never forget his acting in that movie.He's got a really unforgettable look and it makes him an unforgettable face.
This is a Clint Eastwood movie,definitely, it's got all signs as other Eastwood movies have.When I hear about this movie the beginning of the movie comes first to my mind.Especially that walk Morris takes in the hall totally naked and barefood.It is very striking.And I always wonder what happens later to Doc after he loses his fingers.

This movie resembles american beauty with the similarities it has such such family issues that each member of family goes through.Very strong plot and striking movie.It is a american way of telling a family's hard times.I sometimes smile,sometimes get sad and mostly I enjoy it.Very nice movie.Especially watching Sogurney Weaver is something else for me as I am being one of her fans.

Date Night (2010)
Average romantic comedy, full of cliches, known jokes, situations.It can't say it is entertaining but you do not lose much when you do not watch.I only like the idea they give Ray Liotta Joe Liotte name.It was kind of funny.
Aliens (1986)
James Cameron and Sigourney Weaver, very famous and the best scifi couple in the cinema screen.Normally you can't expect next movie in the sequel successful,however this movie is an exception.This movie is great it is sticking you to the seat and without taking a breath you watch it to the end,especially after they get to the station.I like Vasquez character and there are very good jokes said in the movie.I always remember this movie with the scene Vasquez puts her feet on alien's head and shoots it in the tunnel.It is amazing and well-thought.Soldier costumes and scifi character can make every woman attractive and sexy.This may sound weird but Ripley character is one of the sexiest female characters I ever have known.I watched many times ,I can watch again and I will get the same pleasure and enjoy this movie.
Just Friends (2005)
Sometimes it is very funny.However at the same time you can get bored with some cold cheap jokes.I know Ryan Reynolds from two guys and a girl and pizza place series.
Sleeping with the Enemy (1991)
Nice thriller.I most like the musics and the scenes Julia Roberts dance.

One of the nice movies of Pedro Almodovar.And in this one Penelope Cruz does not act.There is a nice part in all Almodovar's movies, mix of red and black, you can see this in the costumes in the clothes.It is almost everywhere.I think red is Almodovar's most favourite colour.
1408 (2007)
One of the most famous Stephen King's stories.It is creepy and nice movie.I especially like the part Mike swings hand through the window and sees himself doing the same across the building at the other window.It is very original and creepy.

Brothers (2009)
Nice movie.1980's generation of american actors and actress gather in this movie.This can be regarded as decent Afgan war movie.It is originally derived from Danish movie.An american soldier get captured and held in Afganistan.He is reported lost and after a while believed to be dead.His brother and his wife gets close and the usual family debates take place.He then achieves to escape and returns home.This is family breakdown that is related to afgan war.Actually the relation between two brothers is queried and portrayed.
The Ghost Writer (2010)
This movie was totally underrated.I was following Polanski news on the papers and this movie,to be honest I was not expecting this much perfect movie.I think this is his best movie until now.After movie finished I said wow :)
After many years I think I figure why Polanski was put into house arrest.The same Roman Polanski was not put into prison after he won the best director Oscar with the Pianist.Everyone should ask why now :)
This is really striking movie.I watched few Iraq war movies but this one I can assure you the most striking one.
I will definitely read the book.Robert Harris put everything necessary,perfect profile with his past having been a news reporter,journalist and columnist.
I think Tony Blair is Adam Lang,Ruth is Blair's wife and the The Hague War Criminal Court is the TV Enquiry I had watched on BBC News.This is a perfect match.
Le Couperet (2005)
This movie is presented to people as black comedy.And the director himself says otherwise so we can say that director could not produce the movie he intended in the beginning.I believe most of the people regard this movie as black comedy,even imdb does.
"conte amorale" means amoral story or plot.What is in this movie director calls amoral? Is it that garcia tries to get this job by doing amoral competition, by killing them?
I do not know what kind of genre director intended to make.To me this is black comedy and I like it.And Jose Garcia is acting great.I burst into laughters several times when he portrays bumbling killer character.It was amazing.

The Shining (1980)
I like horror movies.This is a masterpiece.It is based on a very good writer's story,Stephen King.I am reading the book at the moment.I notice that If I watch the movie first and then read book of story it is different and more entertaining.If I do otherwise I ll get disappointed by the movie.I never forget the part when Jack sees Wendy go through his work till the part Wendy hits Jack with the bat.Nicholson is a great actor but I should say this is his greatest acting I can say others but in this movie he is awesome.Kubrick blends his artistic great directing with horror story and gives you a masterpiece.Musics are incredible and awesome.And the action of camera when Jack swings the axe at the door it is a genious work.That camera move makes it more stronger and you feel it.And the moment all blood spurts from the corner of the hall that red blood pool.I watched several times and never get bored of watching it.
La Tourneuse de Pages(2006)
This is a very nice movie. Melanie tries to get closer to Ariane and to make her damage more painful Melanie uses emotional attraction too.Melanie just pretends.I find this movie very realistic.There are many femme fatale and poison ivy kind movies in the market.In this movie only tools,characters and environment are different but it i essentially a realistic revenge story.
Skinwalkers (2006)
This very weak werewolf movie.I just like Sonja character she is awesome in love making scene.
English Patient(1996)
Great movie.One of my favourite movies.Story is nice acting is good.There are some beautiful desert landscapes that put a distinct taste into movie.I like most Kristin Scott Thomas.I think this is her best acting role I ever have seen.This is a love story and a real romance.
I love this movie, I did not read the book but I will sometime.I do not think director leaves an open door for them.In their situation Hana and Sikh have their life fully engaged with war and they are very emotional.It is a nice encounter and they go through it and share.Despite a terrible war I think director wants to show an extraordinary encounter between those two people.People can't live without love whenever they find it they live it.I think they both know that they will never see each other again but in a terrible war they needed to be loved and to love and they do not want to lose it.I never think while watching they ll see each other again.
I compare this encounter with summer love.When you go on vacation to a far country and you encounter someone and feel attraction you live it.And there is more in having this love when this person is from other culture natioan and traditions.This makes you more curious and increase the attraction.
Batman Begins(2005)
I did not like the idea of seeing batman doing some ninja asian martial thing.I couldn't stop myself laughing and also when batman calls alfred for help with his cell phone.To be honest I did not like realistic rational batman character.After all batman is a hero.Hero must have some unique powers as always had in other movies.Except Michael Caine,Holmes,Neeson and Oldman do not fit batman movie at all.I can watch other batman movies again but this one I do not spend my time.I wish Tim Burton would make 3D batman movie instead of alice in wonderland.
But Cillian Murphy is great and that idea with the mask is really awesome.Murphy is very good at playing villain characters.
