This is a classic horror movie.It carries Carpenter's signature.If you like horror-scifi genre you ll like it.The beginning of the movie is catching you and with the escaping dog it draws you to a camp in the poles.A virus or a thing from unknown place is hunting livings,people and dogs in the camp.you may not like the effects and designed creatures .you should think the time when this movie was made.Nice movie and I watched several times.
