Acting is nice but the way director tells the story, the environment they set up is so flat and simple.In the beginning when they stalk the guy,one FBI officer with a hand-held camera,bends over a car,tapes the guy with open side LCD screen and while doing these he acts like he is alone and does hot shot moves,he is in the middle of street and there are many people around him, and nobody cares about him? Nobody points him with finger and asks what's he doing ? or pause to give a querying look? Other female FBI officer across the street carries a single headphone on her ear and it is so apparent and huge that anyone can spot it from 50ms distance.
