The Curious Case of Benjamin Button (2008)

I didnot like this movie.It has a nice plot but still missing in the flow.Somehow I felt like I watched Robert Redford while I was seeing Brad Pitt.They both acted in a spy game.Pitt looks like Redfords's replacement or Hollywood tries it.In the movie english culture is extremely emphasized.This is awkward in a hollywood movie.I donot like this.It's hitting top while presenting woman passed across the channel.This movie doesnot need this material.

benhur (1959)

benhur is the first movie won the 11 academy awards till titanic win.the impressive scenes are navy wars and horse races scenes.I read history books ,I took history lessons and read history novels.while reading your imagination forces to create the scenes you read.most amazing part is the oar prisoners scene.how they operate and are instructed.in that scene after admiral realizes juda's anger and desire of revenge,admiral tests oars,there isnot dialogue except instructions of admiral.director makes you feel the tense between juda and admiral.someone instead of heston probably wouldnot make the same influence.no words only passings between juda and admiral.how much effort was done or how movie was captured I would like to see it.in the horse races scene you can see the man holding the string of horses is not exactly charlton heston.it may look very amateurish.however today I cannot imagine people to recapture this movie without any computer aid and technology.movie's duration is about 3 hours.I read heston's words in article,he says he really drives horses' warcar and tells the difficulty of the captured scenes.
movie also includes religious content beyond its artistic part.

cok guzel bir film yapmis sahan gokbakar ;) bize ait olmayan sushi golf yoga gibi seyleri t ye almak hatta alay etmek turkiyedeki buyuk cogunlugun yaptigi birsey.
ne kadar iyi egitim almis olursaniz olur, ne kadar turkiyenin adaletsiz yasam kosullarindan yararlanmis olun yada egitim,saglik hizmetleri,iyi yasam gibi ayricaliklariniz olsun,hicbirsekilde ithal aliskanliklari kendinizden disladiginiz topluma veremezsiniz.orjinal olan her zaman orjinaldir.size ait olmayan bir elbiseyi giymeye calissaniz dahi etrafinizdakiler icinden size "kral ciplak" diyeceklerdir.malum bunu yuksek sesle soyleyemezler. :)

keske sabah gokbakar biraz daha ileri gitse de kemal sunal in tahtina oynasa.turkiyenin sosyal icerikli filmlere ihtiyaci var.agalarin ve caresiz haremlerinin hastalikli yatak iliskilerine degil :D

Cleaner (2007)

Nice plot,very odd.You can sense spanish or mexican roots in the lunch scene,or eva mendez rol playing.At least in this movie you are suprised at the end of movie.you have chance to see the psychology of crime scene cleaner man,and his relationships with his daughter and friends.
Few knows methods are used like Samuel takes Eva to his friend's house for lunch after making typical sensational talk even though they have nothing to share in common previously.
There is a movie on the playing, from whiteblack times but I couldnot remember it

Rope (1948)

I have watched this movie many times.In turkish,german,and original english languages.I think this was the 13th time.
This is an excellent work based on play "rope's end".In fact while watching movie you see one place,an apartment,it is like theater stage.

The wonderful scenes are close shots of players.Expressions on the faces are impressive,and it was thought to show them to audience closely and brilliantly.
Sometimes camera loses its direction,you cannot see any player on the scene,you can only see the housemaid come and go.at the same time speech flows.director shows you and points you the "grave" but you cannot save yourself off listening to conversations next to it.

Another scene Rupert comes back,by lying he forgot his cigar box,Brandon first plays with his gun in his pocket,first move and Rupert reveals gun and wins,and next Rupert makes his move,counterattack,brings out rope off his pocket,and "check mate".
it's designed like chess game,plot comes out of a unique intelligence.

Another scene,Philip Morgan bursts out shouting after his secret is revealed.At that moment camera turns back to Ruppert,and you see that gaze and expression on Rupert's face.I donot know how many times they tried to catch this look.And all suspicion begins.

During the movie you can listen to powerful,carefully selected speeches ,supported by gazes,mimics.

Final scene,if you were Rupert,how would you behave when you uncovered a murder? would you call the police? would you seize Brandon and Philip ?
Probably you would not open the window and fire few times.All act calm, accepting the result of chess game.it's an artistic end.

All the time Plot shows up one step further than the players.Plot is very influential.Plot draws back players behind.you can hear superior has privilleges to kill inferior discussion and involving nietzche and hitler into this.


I know I have written long but maybe next time I am gonna write longer than this.This kind of movie satisfies my intelligence and forces to think and make empathy.

This is the best movie of Alfred Hitchock's cinema , my favourite one.

Twilight (2008)

it's a nice romantic movie ,well-bundled in a mix of vampires and 21th century teenage culture.you donot care about vampires,or donot ask why or try to find out logical mistakes in the story.Attraction between 2 persons is told in an excellent way.When you see the eyes of them staring at each other,mimics on their faces,and the desire on their eyes you begin feeling the passion.Sometime you donot need words,you just use your mimics.

Vampires are used as an symbol,if you were in Edward's feet,would you stop yourself while you were burning in desire?

you desire a woman,while you feel her in your blood,moreover you want her blood.And you donot make her one vampire to hold her beside you forever.is it mercy or love?
I love this in this movie very much

orphan (2009)

I like the character max,little lovely kid.I enjoyed watching Vera Farmiga,especially sex scene in the kitchen.She has a unique beauty.Because of her russian roots I suppose we watch some russian related connections in the movie.
